We’re committed to deeply understanding the lives of our customers. And that awareness can only come from a culture that values many perspectives, backgrounds and ideas.

We value diversity in our supply chain and have more than 50 years of service through our Supplier Diversity Program in North America, which has recently expanded globally. Diversity, to us, means a supplier that is at least 51% owned, managed, and operated by a person(s) that identifies as minority, women, LGBTQ+, veterans and/or disabled.
